Charles brings 17 years of professional playing experience and 20 years of coaching college athletes, giving him a firsthand understanding of what athletes face both on and off the court.
Ruben brings experience across basketball, entrepreneurship, sales leadership, and NIL, combining an understanding of the game with the business perspective athletes need in today's college sports landscape.
